Through prepared-meal programs, workforce and reentry initiatives, neighborhood cleaning and beautification, and community development, RRP is building practical solutions that strengthen people and the communities they call home.

REENTRY WORKS — PAID TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT
RRP’s Reentry Works program is designed to provide returning New Yorkers with immediate paid W-2 employment, hands-on training, mentorship, and a pathway to permanent employment. Participants complete a structured three-month transitional employment period while building real work experience and preparing for their next opportunity.

RRP strengthens Brooklyn communities through food access, neighborhood cleaning and beautification, community support, and employment-focused initiatives designed to create lasting local impact.
